Craig Nemier


Craig originally worked as a mechanical engineer, after earning his Bachelor of Science from Clarkson College of Technology in 1970, and his Master of Science from the University of Michigan in 1972. He earned his Juris Doctor from the Detroit College of Law in 1976. As a practicing attorney, he has special expertise in the areas of products liability, construction litigation, dramshop, premises, fire loss, medical malpractice and general negligence. He also serves as a mediator with the Wayne County Mediation Tribunal Association, as well as an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and a facilitator in complex litigation.

Craig is a member of the Michigan, Federal and American Bar Associations, the Defense Research Institute and the International Association of Defense Trial Counsel. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Eastern District of Michigan and the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals.
